It’s the way you think, act and dream that will get you to the top. There are times, however, when one cannot gather his acts together. And so career guidance is necessary. This type of guidance is also very helpful to students who are deciding on their career path. The guidance counselors can assist students in making intelligent choices about the job that they want to pursue. They do this by giving aptitude tests to students to determine their interests and skills; the career opportunities will be narrowed down to whichever seems to match the students’ likes and abilities.
