Some of you guys with gastroesophageal reflux disease other wise known as gerd have experienced waking with some symptoms, especially heartburn. Below I have listed some tips to get rid of it so you can sleep soundly at night.

The reasoning is that by sleeping on the right side. It relaxes the muscle between the stomach and esophagus allowing contents to go straight back into your esophagus.
