My family moved out from the village to the nearest city soon after I finished my school. We now live in the city but we still have an ancestral piece of property in our village. It is a classic architect of the olden times and is right next to the town hall. We visit our village occasionally but this time we noticed that the structures had become quite old and we had to undertake some renovation work so that there is no damage to the structure. We consulted some construction experts who agreed to fix the places where renovation was needed. They also informed us that since this was an ancient structure there was a bill passed by the local council which gave renovation grant for such structures. We took the necessary approval for renovation from the local council and got the work started. The local council paid for all the renovation charges which were incurred during the process. We were happy that we did not have to spend some extra money but still managed to get the house renovated.
